Returns Policy

We hope you love what you ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?

1. You must send back and postmark your return package within 30 days from the purchase date. No returns made after this time frame will be accepted.
2. The first return label of each order is FREE! You must use the return label we provide, then send back and postmark the package within 30 days from the purchase date.
3. If you have already returned items from an order but would like to make returns for additional items , you must do so within 30 days from the purchase date. These are the two methods:
① You can pay 9.99 USD for an additional return label fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
② You can use your own shipping method at your own cost. Please note: we do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services to pick up packages.
How do I make and use a return label?
NOTE: Our website supports ordering without an account. If you do not have a registered account when you place an order, please contact us for support, and we will provide you with a return label after contacting you.
1. Sign into your account.
2. Find the order in "My Orders", click the "Return Item" button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and choose the return method to get your Prepaid Return Label .
4. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package. 
5. Mail out the return package at your nearest USPS or UPS (as applicable) location. Your package must be postmarked within 30 days from the purchase date.
*The Return Label we provide only works if you are shipping within the US.

How do I find the return label I generated?

Find the returned order in “My Orders” → Click “Order Details” → Click “Return & Refund Record” in the top right corner → Click “View” to download.
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
1. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and the original packaging.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets). We cannot offer refunds on cosmetic if the hygienic seal has been broken.
3. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

Can I cancel my order?

You can contact us to cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order, and we will cancel the order for you and give you a full refund. If you need to cancel the order due to customer reasons after 24 hours, we will charge a 15% order processing fee, and we will provide You refund 85% of the order value.

Important Notice:

1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
2. We do not accept returned items that we were not made aware of (make sure to create a return on our site), and we will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.

Returns Timeline

It takes about 15 days to receive your refund.

1. (1 day)After submitting a refund or exchange request through our system, print a return label and hand the return package to UPS or USPS.

2. (3-7 days)Waiting for the return package to be shipped to our return address.

3. (7 days) We will wait for your package to arrive. We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be returned to your original payment account. During this period, if we find any problems, we will contact you through your email, please pay attention to your email inbox.
